The Great South East with Getaway Sailing on the Gold Coast and Getaway Day Spa

On a recent outing both Getaway Sailing on the Gold Coast and Getaway Day Spa had the privilege to spend a day with the Great South East team.

The morning started in the avocado orchid with Sophie Formica presenting. A stroll through the orchid found Sophie and her friend Lisa entering Getaway Day Spa. Here the girls were treated to a relaxing time in the "wet room" with our steam room, hydrotherapy spa and mineral bath. Once the girls finished with the warmth of the spa room they were pampered with facials, mud wraps, avocado wraps and hot stone massage.

With the girls totally relaxed we took a short drive to Runaway Bay Marina a spent the afternoon sailing on our 35ft Dufour classic luxury sailing yacht. The Gold Coast waterways are a pristine environment and are gifted with gentle sea breezes and smooth water sailing. The day is both relaxing and scenic whilst under sail. I hope the gang from the Great South East enjoyed the experience with us.
