Under Water Footage of Humpback Whale Gold Coast

Today's Gold Coast whale watching was wonderful with many humpbacks lazing around the Gold Coast waters. Most whales are having a down time of around 7-8 minutes and up time of 3-4 minutes. They are not traveling far and instead today they were resting near or on the surface, preparing for the long journey ahead to the tropical waters of the Great Barrier Reef and some traveling to the equator.

We were fortunate to capture some under water footage as a juvenile swam under our vessel.
